Wayne Holder set up W J Holder & Co in 1983 selling Life Assurance, Pensions and Mortgages before opening his first Estate Agency in Mountain Ash in 1985.
In 1990 his wife joined the Company and together they opened the Residential Lettings Agency, Holder Property Services. Today we have nearly 200 properties under management. We cover the Aberdare, CF44, and Mountain Ash, CF45 area’s.
Both Wayne & Anne have passed the Rent Smart Wales Certified Agents Training Course and Holder Property Services are approved agents. The Company are also members of the Property Redress Scheme.
Landlords in Wales are required by law to register their private residential property with Rent Smart Wales. Please ring Anne or Wayne for information.
