We earn commission by collecting rent for the Landlord. If there are rent arrears we will vigorously attempt to recover the debt from the defaulting Tenant or Guarantor.
We will issue a County Court Judgement on any Tenant or Guarantor if there is an outstanding debt.
A County Court Judgement could seriously affect the Tenants and/or Guarantors future credit rating.
We will pursue any debt through the Local and High Court and instruct High Court Enforcement agents (know as Sheriffs) to collect the debt on our and the Landlord’s behalf.
On the Landlord’s instruction we will serve various Legal Notices to the Tenant, usually Section 21 or sometimes Section 8, and, liaise with and support the Solicitors to go to Court to obtain possession of the Landlord’s property.
We do not usually charge our clients to issue Arrears letters or legal Notices.
