Report a maintenance issue or repair request
Please use this form to tell us about any repairs and maintenance issues at your property. You can also call our office on 01685 870818 to report any problems during your tenancy.
However, if there is an immediate threat to your health and safety, please contact the emergency services using 999.
If you can smell gas, and you can do it safely, turn off your gas supply. The gas mains tap should be beside your gas meter. Then immediately leave the house, and call the National Gas Emergencies number straight away on 0800 111 999. Once outside the property, do not re-enter until it's been confirmed that it is safe to do so.
We aim to respond to all requests submitted online within a couple of hours, prioritising by the level of urgency.
