Holder Property Services set up the Letting division in 1990, now we have nearly 180 properties under management which makes us one of the largest Letting Agents in the area.
Our clients are mostly professional Landlords and as such they expect and receive a no nonsense yet courteous professional service.
However in the current economic climate many local people allow us to rent their property.
We offer 3 types of Letting service, full management, tenants finders service and tenants rent collection.
Full management means exactly that, we source the tenant and manage the property on behalf of the client, for a full explanation of this service please contact Anne in our Aberdare office or look at our Landlords link.
Our full management fee's are competitively sensitive. Larger portfolio’s will receive a negotiated discount. Please email Wayne Holder to discuss or management fee.
Our Tenants Finders service is again, exactly that, we source the tenant, complete all the necessary tenancy agreements.
We arrange for the tenant to pay the Landlord direct thereafter. Our Tenants Finders fee is 50% of the collected first month’s rent.
Some Landlords are too busy to monitor their tenants rent, not a problem for us, thats what we do. We offer a tenants rent collection service. Our fee’s are competitive sensitive but email Wayne at [email protected] to discuss.
